Event Curation operates as a premium, bespoke service.
A minimum engagement fee applies to all projects. This fee reflects the strategic, creative, and coordination work required regardless of event size.
Minimum fee: $4500 CAD
This fee is non-refundable
Applies even if scope is reduced after project initiation
Event Curation reserves the right to decline projects that do not meet minimum engagement thresholds.
To maintain creative integrity and execution quality:
During the engagement period, the Client agrees that:
Event Curation will be the sole lead curator and coordinator for the event scope defined
No additional planners, stylists, or coordinators may be engaged without prior written approval
If external parties are introduced without approval:
Event Curation may limit scope, withdraw from the project, or adjust fees accordingly
This clause protects continuity, vendor communication, and event execution quality.
Event timelines significantly impact resource allocation.
